HALEY JACOBSON
Executive Director
Haley is a St. Louis Native. With a degree in Linguistics from Reed College, Haley spent 8 years in Asia running experiental travel programs, teaching, and launching Insight Tours Cambodia. She is fluent in 4 languages (Mandarin, German, English and Khmer.)
Haley returned to Saint Louis in 2020 to join ReVitalize as the Executive Director. With Haley at the helm, the organization will focus on highlighting and supporting the people, programs, businesses and non-profits who are committed to advancing the communities. Whether you are new to St. Louis or a longtime resident or native, ReVitalize hopes to engage the whole community in collaboration and work towards a sustainable city.

Larry Cohn
Co-Founder
Larry Cohn has a diverse background, blending his business acumen with personal development strategies and mindset-based growth philosophies to launch, fund, and support companies and nonprofits across the U.S. He is a graduate of The Harvard Business School for Executive Education and Negotiation, Washington University in St. Louis, and The Fire Walking Institute for Research and Education.Through his many successful business pursuits, his businesses have been featured in Money Magazine, USA Today, and Food and Wine. Larry serves on the advisory board of Lift for Life Gym, the 7th Grade Poetry Foundation and ReVitalize St. Louis.

Jim Shelvy
Co-Founder
Jim Shelvy is a native St. Louisan and serial entrepreneur, public speaker, and professional developer who is passionate and well-versed in helping to transform people, teams, and companies into profitable, successful businesses.
His background is in sales management for big box retail operations including Best Buy, Maytag, and American TV, and in the small business sector as a consultant. Most recently, he served as a Vice President of Sales for an international company with sales in excess of $500 million annually. Jim is an active member of the community and serves as a board member for ReVitalize St. Louis.

Naomi Tao
Board Member
Naomi Tao is a creative director, brand specialist, advocate, and proud third-generation St. Louisan. A fascination with how creative outlook plays a vital role in life—an awe-inspiring landscape, an obscure roadside attraction, a great meal with strangers, and even a trip that has gone awry—drives her to chase the extraordinary and pursue inventive ideas. Through the constant exploration of design, nature, food, and culture, Naomi seeks to cultivate human connection through storytelling and creativity. Currently, Naomi is a non-profit marketing consultant, a mentor to university-level BIPOC design students, and works in marketing and develops brands in Missouri's medical marijuana industry with a goal of bringing high-quality medicine to the state's patients.

Taylor Miller
Secretary
Taylor blends her skill for organization with her passion for helping people. Taylor has volunteered her time to help senior citizens and has also been active with Young Women Empowered, empowering young women in the workplace. Taylor is excited to bring these skills and her amazing drive to the ReVitalize Board.
